Available choices
Depending on where you live and how you use our Services, you may ask us to:
- confirm whether we process your personal information and provide access or a portable copy;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information or an account;
- restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent for future processing;
- opt out of a disclosure treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable US state law;
- limit a use of sensitive personal information where applicable law provides that right; or
- obtain information about recipients, sources, purposes, retention, or international-transfer safeguards.
AppCLabs does not sell personal information for money. Some advertising or attribution activity may nevertheless be legally defined as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. You may also change available consent choices in the app's Usercentrics privacy settings and platform permissions in your device settings. The AppCLabs website currently has no advertising or analytics trackers.
Submit a request
Email our privacy contact at dpo@appclabs.com. In your message, state the right you want to exercise and include the app display name, iOS or Android, approximate dates of use, and the email or app-user identifier associated with the Service if one exists. For deletion, you may instead use the Account & Data Deletion instructions.
Verification and response
We will use only information reasonably necessary to verify that the request relates to you. Do not send a password, complete payment-card number, or government identity document unless we specifically explain why secure proof is required. We may ask you to reply from the associated email, provide a limited app or purchase identifier, or confirm recent app activity. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful exception. Authorized agents may act where law permits, subject to proof of authority and identity verification.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Requests are ordinarily free, although the law may permit a reasonable charge or refusal for manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive requests.
Appeals and complaints
If we deny your request and applicable law provides an appeal right, reply to our decision or email dpo@appclabs.com with “Privacy request appeal” in the subject. You may also complain to the privacy or data-protection authority where you live, including an EEA or UK supervisory authority or Canada's federal or applicable provincial privacy regulator.
